Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University Department of International Law and International Affairs and completed full Master’s program on the same department; completed a two-year Master’s course in International Relations and Communications from State University of “Complutense” in Madrid, Spain;

Parallel to studies, worked at Hello Diplomatic journal publishing articles on various political and economic developments in the word;
Upon returning to Georgia - Head of the Department of International Relations for the Chamber of Control of Georgia;
