Graduated in 1978 from Moscow Morris Torrez Institute of Foreign Languages, obtained B.Sc. in Spanish and English Languages, specialisation in interpreting;


1981-1982 studied at Havana State University, Department of Spanish Language and Literature;


Graduated in 2003 from Iv. Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University Faculty of Economics and Management; obtained Master’s Degree in Economics;

Starting from 1983 worked as a Lecturer of Spanish at Tbilisi Iv. Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, the  Head of the International Relations Department at Georgian Spanish Joint Corporation "LIA" ,  Researcher at the Supreme Council of Scientific Investigations in Madrid, Lecturer of Spanish at Hawaii University (Tbilisi Branch), and a Lecturer of Spanish at Iv. Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University Faculties of: Journalism, International Relations and International Law;


Since 1997, working as a Projects Executive Coordinator at the United Nations Development Programme, leading the implementation of projects in the governance area;


The author of over 100 methodological and practical textbooks, dictionaries and other information publications, covering the areas of: governance, interagency relations, ICT, human resources management, public relations, audit and control.
