“Democratic Movement” welcomes the readiness of Chess Grossmaister and leader of Russian opposition Gari Kasparov to actively participate in the popularization of Chess in Georgia.
But just because Kasparov is not only chess player, but representative of the opposition, it is interesting to know his position that 5 times world champion Nona Gafrindashvili is banned from Georgian social life.
It is interesting to know the position of Kasparov regarding the violent and bloody dispersal of peaceful rally on May 26.
We are surprised that Kasparov who is not satisfied with the level of democracy in Russia, never has any questions regarding autocratic regime in Georgia. We are ready if necessary to provide any objective and comprehensive information regarding the real situation in Georgia.
