ისეთი პატარა და ეკოლოგიურად მყიფე ქვეყნისათვის, როგორიც საქართველოა, გარემოს დაცვითი პრობლემები მეტად მნიშვნელოვანია. მიუხედავად იმისა, რომ ქვეყანა ამ დარგში კვალიფიციური კადრების ნაკლებობას არ განიცდის, მაინც მძიმე პრობლემების წინაშე ვდგავართ, - არ გაგვაჩნია ეკოლოგიური ქმედების სტრატეგია, რომელიც ქვეყნის განვითარების საერთო სტრატეგიის ორგანული ნაწილი უნდა იყოს;
